"NEED A NEW ROOF? Call Al Thien at HP Roofing Pro, who installed a coated roof system at our retail building in Arcadia, CA in 2023. Our questions were addressed through the contract process and the installation went very smoothly. Each year Al's crew conducts a maintenance service to inspect the roof, clear debris, make minor repairs (patches), and report on any issues (e.g., a drain was clogged, causing rainwater to pond in a corner of the roof). We receive a report with photos following the maintenance. We pay for the annual maintenance but feel it's well worth it to maintain the roof for the long-term. A couple of leaks have been reported when there have been heavy rains. We believe it's impossible to 100% seal around the areas where equipment is installed on the roof as we elected not to remove the equipment when the coating was installed. What we appreciate the most about Al is his responsiveness when we contact him about any issues or concerns. He's very responsible about sending his crew out as needed and is also very communicative, which is in stark contrast with our previous roofer. We don't worry anymore every time it rains because Al takes good care of us! Give him a call!"

"There is not enough room on this page to appreciate Esteban and Sun & Roofers. They have done two projects for us that turned out excellent. One was a finding and fixing of a roof leak. The other was a complete re-roof of our vacation cabin. It involved taking out an old skylight and old chimney. The roof looks like a new house. It came out beautiful. The pricing was right on point. And Esteban went to great lengths to help us with our cabin roof in spite of weather and access issues. In both jobs we were very impressed with the fact they took the time to clean up and did a really good job. Esteban did exactly what he said he would and did it when he said he would. Esteban is very trustworthy and his business has very high standards."

"We were really impressed with Veni’s Roofing! We own a cabin in Lake Arrowhead, Ca that had several leaks that we couldn’t stop. I asked for quotes on a new roof from 5 different roofer’s. Two of the roofer’s never got back to me. Veni’s quote was excellent and we accepted it! Veni answered promptly answered all my questions. He and his crew started and finished the job on time. They were very careful to put tarps down to catch all the old roofing as they removed it. They installed plywood over the entire roof, then put ice and water shield over the eaves. They also installed synthetic paper underlayment, drip edges and new pipe flashings. Finally, they installed an Owens Corning 30 year shingles and the ridge cap. Veni and his crew were very professional, and they did a great job our roof! (I own several properties and I am always rather picky about having things done right the first time). I give Veni’s Roofing 5 out of 5 stars, and I highly recommend them!"
